Aeropuerto Murcia - San Javier
(MJV), situated to the south at the San Javier Sud exit
of the AP7 Autovia, in the flatlands on the shore of the Mar
Manor, is the nearest at 17 klms ,or just a 20 minute drive away,
from Pineda Golf Apartments.
This small, newly refurbished, accessable airport is fast
becoming the hub for
low-fare flights to Murcia and southern Alicante Airlines such as Ryanair, FlyBe,
Jet2, Easyjet make regular flights from Ireland and
Britain
There are now regular daily flights, from most European
countries, offered at
competitive prices servicing this airport. |

Aeropuerto Alicante (ALC),
situated in the suburban hills of the Provincial capital of
Alicante, It's arround 45 minute drive north on the
AP7 on to the E15 Autovia about 38klms away .
The airport was purposely built to serve the tourist trade to
the southern Valencian costline of Benidorm and the Costa
Blanca. It is said to be the cause
of the tourist and property boom
in the region. It serves as a busy hub for nearly all major
National Airlines as well as the low fare airlines.
Due to its distance from the Orihuela Costa and its
sometimes overcrowding, if you have that choice, between the
two Airports, we would recommend you choose Murcia. |
