complex of Pineda Golf is in Villamartin, the Orihuela Costa
Area in the south of Alicante Province
Villamartin was custom-built in the 70’s to cater for the
ever growing tourist trade to the area and in particular the
new breed of “golf tourist”

Each two bedroom, air-conditioned,
apartment has a large open-plan living / dining area and a
fully equipped modern kitchen.
The bedrooms are large, bright and airy with a
plentiful supply of linen, blankets and towels.They have
large built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
The living room sofa can convert to a large double bed if
extra sleeping space is required. |

balcony or patio, overlooking the beautiful pool and garden,
where dining “al fresco” is the norm during the warm spring
to autumn period. An ideal place to sit and unwind after a
hard days work on the beach or golf course.
Our groundfloor apartment, which is popular with young
families, has a well laid out, if small, garden featuring
typical flora of the area.
Our Topfloor apartment features a fully furnished rooftop
solarium for those seeking to sunbathe in private, or just
